What's New in Viewpoint Analytics 2020 R11

The Viewpoint Analytics 2020 R11 introduces the RFIs data source to help you analyze and track RFIs for your projects. It also improves data access by providing all Analytics users access to data from invited Team projects by default.

RFIs Data Source

The RFIs data source allows you to analyze data for RFIs in your Team projects.

For descriptions of the available fields in the RFIs data source, see Project Management: RFIs.

Data Access for Invited Projects

With this release, the default Data Access setting for all users with an Analytics role provides access to data from the Team projects to which users are invited. For more information, see the "Data Access" section on the User Roles and Data Access help page.

Access Public Reports from the Project Dashboard in Team

In Team, you can now access your Analytics reports from your project dashboard using the Project Analytics window. For details, see "Access Public Reports from the Project Dashboard" in the Team Help.

About Data and Requirements

Note: If your company’s subscription for Vista or Spectrum is part of our Trimble Construction One contract, and if your company is located in North America, you can take advantage of Viewpoint Analytics.

Information in Viewpoint Analytics: Team Reporting is automatically imported from your ERP enterprise and from Viewpoint Team. Data from your ERP is updated once a day after business hours. Data from Team (for example, Daily Logs) is updated every five minutes.

By default, Viewpoint Analytics: Team Reporting provides data only for projects that are available in Team. For enterprises with Vista, depending on the data access settings for your user account, you can view data for all Vista projects in a business unit or in your enterprise, including projects that have not been added to Team.

About Adding Users

To learn about adding users to Viewpoint Analytics and setting permission levels, see Administration.
