What's New in Viewpoint Analytics 2021 R3
The Viewpoint Analytics 2021 R3 release introduces two new standard reports for Job Cost and makes them available in Team, enhances reporting in Team so that reports are automatically filtered by project, and also provides a way to activate or deactivate Analytics from the Admin Center.
New Standard Reports for Job Cost
- The Job Cost by Cost Type report provides a summary of project costs organized by cost type.
- The Job Cost by Cost Type and Phase Code report provides a summary of project costs organized by cost type and phase code.

Access to Job Cost Reports from the Contract Summary in Team
You can now access Job Cost reports by selecting the button in the upper right-hand corner of the "Contract Summary at Completion" section of your project dashboard in Team.
Team Reporting Filtered by Project
With this release, when you use the Reporting option in a Team project to view a standard report or create a custom report, the report automatically applies a filter to display data for that project only.

Activate or Deactivate Analytics from the Admin Center
With this release, you can activate or deactivate Analytics from the Admin Center in Trimble Construction One. For instructions on activating or deactivating Analytics, see the instructions in Activate or Deactivate Tools for the Enterprise in the Team Help.
CFMA Financial Benchmark Summary Report for 2020
- An executive summary of the financial benchmark information.
- An excel spreadsheet that was uniquely provided to you through your Viewpoint Analytics subscription - this is a summary by vertical and best in class performance
You can download the latest report from the Standard Reports page in Viewpoint Analytics by selecting the CFMA Benchmark link.
Application Menu Enhancements
- New Products Available
from the Application Menu
Spectrum and ProjectSight are now available from the Application Menu in the Trimble Construction One workcenter, allowing authorized users to navigate to these products quickly and easily from the Trimble Construction One workcenter. For information about the application menu, see About the Application Menu.
- Add Custom Applications
and Add-On Products to the Application Menu
Enterprise Admins can now add custom applications and add-on Trimble Construction One products to the Application Menu. In Enterprise Settings, select the Modules tab and then select Applications. Custom applications and add-on products are listed after your Trimble Construction One products.
