Hide and show columns

  1. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  2. Open the Catalog, Estimate, Alternate, Change Orders, or Summary tab.
  3. Click on the speedbar to show the Column toolbar, if it is not already open.
  4. Click on the Column toolbar.
  5. Select the columns you want to show in the popup window.
  6. To show all the columns, click All.
  7. To show none of the columns, click None. The None button can be used to clear the columns that are shown so you can select just the few columns you want to show.
  8. When you have selected the columns you want to show, click OK. The columns you selected to show appear in the popup window.
