Set Summary Divisors

You can set three different divisors for items in the Summary tab. These divisors enable you to display the cost of each summary item divided by a quantity and unit of measurement. For example, you could enter a divisor that displays the total of each item in the summary divided by 1,000 LF to show how much each item costs per 1,000 linear feet. If you want to express the summary totals per 40 hours (if you want to estimate the costs per work week), you can create a divisor using the unit HR and the value 40.0000.

Each divisor you select displays both an actual cost per unit and a baseline cost per unit. If you didn't enter a baseline cost for each WBS code or if you have not updated the baseline of the Summary tab, the baseline divisor is 0.

To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click Estimating > Estimating > Manage Estimates in the All Tasks pane. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
