Save a catalog report

  1. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  2. Open the Catalog tab.
  3. In the Catalog field, click to select the catalog for which you want to generate the report.
  4. Click Estimating > Reports > Estimating > Catalog Reports in the All Tasks pane.
  5. In the Print Reports window, select the report you want to save and click Print.
    Note: If modified versions of the reports have been created, they are listed in the Print Reports window.
  6. Complete the fields as described on the Catalog Reports Screen Field Reference.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click and select the format for the saved report.
    Note: Depending on the report, you may be able to save the report as a Microsoft Excel (XLS) file, a Microsoft Word (DOC) file, or an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) file.
  9. Navigate to the folder where you want to save the report.
  10. Enter a file name for the saved report.
  11. Click Save.
