Verify Portal Attachments Database
If your Vista attachments are stored in a database, verify that portal settings reflect the correct attachment database name.

Select Show Advanced Settings at the top of the Portal
The Advanced Configuration section displays.
- Select Advanced Configuration.
Verify the database name entered in the setting VPAttachments
For example, if you store attachments in the Vista database, enter Vista in this setting.
- In the list of modules on the left side of the Portal Settings page, select .
- In the Administrative Actions section, select Refresh Synonyms.
