Issues Fixed in Field Management 2021 R6

General

Users were logged back in to the portal after clicking the logout link when Login Mode 4 = SSO was enabled. Setting Location: Admin > Portal Settings > Security / Login > Windows Authentication Login.
Note: To redirect users to a specific website after logging out of your portal, enter the URL for that website in the new advanced portal setting URL to redirect to when logging out of the portal. Setting location: Admin > Portal Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Security / Login > Advanced Configuration.

For users on iOS 14, the time picker control was not displaying on the clock entry screen.104219

Resolved start and stop time validation when employees had multiple rows with different crafts/classes.
Original clock-in and clock-out times were not displayed when employees had multiple rows with different crafts/classes.
If an employee had multiple rows with different crafts/classes, the Clock-In button still displayed even after the employee had clocked in.
Submitted hours were not displaying on the Time Allocation screen for the following time entry types: SM Work Order, Mechanic - Work Order, and Mechanic - Equipment.

Field Tickets

Field Ticket Grid Timecards were not transforming four-digit, keyed-in, inline start and stop time entries to the proper clock format.103329

Purchase Orders

Users without access to Pending PO who tried to reserve a PO number received a blank pink error message when portal setting Process PO Quick Create through PO Pending was enabled. Pending PO access is not required to reserve a PO number. Setting location: Admin > Portal settings > Purchase Orders > PO Quick Create. 104114

Timecards

The Job Review History on the Timecard Approval screen was unavailable unless the employee had more than one timecard template in the pay period.103901
Error message was not displaying on the Manage Crews page for users trying to create a crew that already existed. 104224
An error occurred when adding timecard line hours with a decimal point on devices with the language set to Spanish.103945
The lookup when copying lines from the Grid Timecard did not limit locked employees.103282
If a user did not clock out and their next clock-in was more than 24 hours later, they were not auto-clocked out for the previous work day when portal setting Employee Group to exclude from overnight clock-in was enabled. Setting location Admin > Portal Settings > Timecard > Time Clock.103936
Changes made to the GLCo were not updated upon saving when changed to a GLCo that is not the employees default on job line types.104141
The following error was not displaying for users without permission to edit Grid Timecards for more than one employee: You are attempting to edit a timecard for more than one employee when you do not have permission. Please contact your System Administrator.

Training

Selecting the Add Training & Skills option (Actions button) caused page loading issues if the portal setting Skill Codes to Exclude from Grid Viewing (comma separated) listed all training codes but skill codes were still available. When adding new skills to an employee's training history, the expiration date defaulted to today's date instead of calculating based on the certification period in HR Codes. 102566
