Pay Period Setup Fields

The table below provides field descriptions for the Period Setup screen. Details for a pay period are pulled from your back office accounting system. Your system configuration determines whether you can add, edit, or remove these fields.

Field Description
Active Indicates whether the pay period is available to Field Time users.
Code The system ID for the pay period. This field cannot be changed.
Locked Indicates whether this pay period id locked and cannot be edited.
Description The system description for the pay period. This field cannot be changed.
Period Ending The date on which the pay period ends.
Days in Period Override The number of days in this pay period.
Period Start The start date for the pay period.
