Rapid Entry Wizard

The Rapid Entry Wizard allows you to enter time for a group of employees in a single batch.

If a particular resource group has been working on the same job or phase for a certain day or date range, Use the Rapid Entry Wizard to enter those hours once instead of one employee at a time.

The system copies entered hours to all employees in the resource group.

After the time records have been created, you can edit individual records in the Rapid Entry Wizard or use the Manage Resources tab to edit hours for a particular employee.
