Upload Search Criteria Fields
Use search criteria fields on the Upload tab to specify the time records to transfer to your back office accounting system.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Payroll Group | The assigned payroll group for the employees whose time records you want to upload to the back office system. |
Period | The pay period for the distributions to upload. |
Resource Group | The assigned resource group for the records to upload. |
Company | The company to which time has been distributed. |
Job | The job to which time has been distributed. You can select a job only if you have selected a company. |
Phase | The phase to which time has been distributed. You can select a phase only if you have selected a job. |
Manager | The manager associated with the time distributions to upload. |
Entry Code Type | The unit for the distributions to upload. Examples: Hours, Units, and Currency. |
Entry Code | The specific time or equipment unit for the distributions to upload. Examples: Hourly, OT, and Miles. |
Type | The type of records to upload. Options: Employee and Equipment. |
Resource No. | The Resource ID number for the employee whose time records you want to upload. |
Description Like | A free-form field that you can use to search for a record based on a partial or full description. |
Header Cost App. | Allows you to include or exclude transactions based on whether
they have been cost-approved. This field applies only to the header records
shown in the upper grid. Select one of the following options:

Header Payroll App. | Allows you to include or exclude transactions based on whether
they have been payroll-approved. This field applies only to the header records
shown in the upper grid. Select one of the following options:

Detail Cost App. | Allows you to include or exclude detailed transactions based
on whether they have been cost-approved. This field applies only to the detailed
records shown in the lower grid. Select one of the following options:

Detail Payroll App. | Allows you to include or exclude detailed transactions based
on whether they have been payroll-approved. This field applies only to the
detailed records shown in the lower grid. Select one of the following options:

Include Empties? | Allows you to prevent blank time sheet records from displaying in the grid. Options: Yes (includes blank records) and No (excludes blank records). |
