Manage Data from the Back Office

Use Data Management to select the earnings entry codes, payroll groups, pay periods, and other codes that you want to make available to Field Time users.

When Field Time Console syncs with your back office accounting software, information about earnings entry codes, payroll groups, pay periods, and other codes is pulled into the system. You can make all of this data available to users or choose a subset of data for users to access.

To select the codes to display in the system, use the following Data Management Options:

  • Entry Code Setup
  • Supervisor Setup
  • Time Type Setup
  • Union Code Setup
  • Payroll Group Setup
  • GL Code Setup
  • Period Setup
  • Equipment Code Setup
  • Craft Template Setup
  • Equipment Cost Code Setup
  • Craft Code Setup
  • Distribution Validation Codes Setup
Note: Depending on how Field Time Console is configured, setup data may be controlled by your back office system. In this situation, you cannot add, edit, or delete this data in Field Time Console. However, if the setup category is not integrated with the back office, you can add () or remove () related codes.
