Approve time that was entered in Field Time Console or approve entries received from other time entry tools, including idClock, Web Collect, and mobile devices.
To approve payroll or costs entered in Field Time Console, use the Manage Resources tab. Approve entries that were received from other time entry tools using the Manage Time tab. You can approve entries individually, or approve a group's entries at once.
The Cost Approved and Payroll Approved check boxes display based on your system setup.
You must have permission to approve time entries. After an entry is approved, it can no longer be edited.
