Time Entry Tools

Collect field time entries and equipment usage through Viewpoint Field Time Console, idClock, Web Collect, or mobile devices.

  • Viewpoint Field Time Console: This Windows-based application works online or offline, allowing you to track data from the office or field. Enter employee time and equipment usage; approve time entries; generate reports; and synchronize data with your back office system. Before you can use Field Time Console, your administrator must configure an environment in Enterprise Framework.

  • Mobile devices: Track labor time, equipment usage, and production units on your smartphone or tablet. Use an Android tablet in kiosk mode, allowing it to function as a standalone time clock that sends time data back to the Field Time server at the end of the day.

  • idClock: Use this Windows-based application to collect time entries from online and physical time clocks, including ZK, Amano, and Ingersoll Rand. This application works online or offline. Before you can use idClock, your administrator must configure an environment in Enterprise Framework.

  • Web Collect: This browser-based application collects time entries and sends them to Viewpoint Field Time Console. Access Web Collect from a smartphone or tablet. This application is available online only.
