Pay Period Setup Fields
The table below provides field descriptions for the Period Setup screen. Details for a pay period are pulled from your back office accounting system. Your system configuration determines whether you can add, edit, or remove these fields.
Field | Description |

Active | Indicates whether the pay period is available to Field Time users. |
Code | The system ID for the pay period. This field cannot be changed. |
Locked | Indicates whether this pay period id locked and cannot be edited. |
Description | The system description for the pay period. This field cannot be changed. |
Period Ending | The date on which the pay period ends. |
Days in Period Override | The number of days in this pay period. |
Period Start | The start date for the pay period. |
