Time Clock Rules
Refer to the following table for help setting clock-in and clock-out rules for idClock, Field Time Console (Manage Time tab), and, where noted, Web Collect.

ScheduledStartTime | The default clock-in time for employees. Use military time
format. Example: 0630. |
ScheduledStartTimeThreshold | The maximum number of minutes that employees
may clock in before or after the scheduled start time. If an employee
clocks in outside of the ScheduledStartTimeThreshold, a note appears on
the Manage Time screen in Field Time Console. Example: 45 |
ScheduledStopTime | The default clock-out time for employees. Use military time
format. Example: 1700 |
ScheduleStopTimeThreshold | The maximum number of minutes that employees may clock out
before or after the scheduled stop time. If an employee clocks in
outside of the ScheduledStopTimeThreshold, a note appears on the Manage
Time screen in Field Time Console. Example: 45 |
TimeClockAutoLunchAmount | The default amount of time that the system
deducts for lunch. Example: .5 |
TimeClockAutoLunchThreshold | The minimum amount of time that an employee
must work in order for lunch to be deducted automatically. Example: 8 |
TimeclockDailyHoursExceptionLimit | The maximum length of time that an employee
may be clocked in before the duration is noted on the Time Clock
Exception Report. Example: 14 |
TimeClockIncrement | The time increment to which the system rounds clock-in and
clock-out times if you set the TimeClockRoundingRule to nearest .Valid values: 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, and 60. If an invalid entry is made, or if you leave this field blank, no rounding occurs. |
TimeClockMode | Indicates whether users can select a company, job, and phase when
clocking in to Web Collect. Valid values:

down, or to the nearest TimeClockIncrement that you set above. Valid values:
