Assign Permission to Global Resource Groups

Select the company-wide employee groups that a user should be allowed to enter time for in Field Time applications.

  1. Select the Administration tab.
  2. Under Administrative Functions in the left pane, click Resource Setup.
  3. Click Refresh .
  4. Locate the employee whose permissions you want to update, and select that employee's name.
  5. At the bottom of the screen, click Global Groups.
  6. Select the Include check box for the global resource groups to allow this user access to for time or usage tracking purposes.
  7. Expand a resource group to view the list of employees and equipment it includes.
  8. Click Save .
