Assign Permission to Polling and Enrollment Groups

Select the polling and enrollment groups that a user should be allowed to access in Field Time applications.

Set up polling and enrollment groups in idClock.
  1. Select the Administration tab.
  2. Under Administrative Functions in the left pane, click Resource Setup.
  3. Click Refresh .
  4. Locate the employee whose permissions you want to update, and select that employee's name.
  5. At the bottom of the screen, click Terminals.
  6. Select the Include check box for the polling and enrollment groups that this user should have the ability to access in Field Time Console. Expand a polling or enrollment group to view details on the companies, jobs, and phases it includes.
  7. Click Save .
