Delete Local Data Store from idClock

Clear the local data store in idClock.

  1. Log in to idClock.
  2. Select the Preferences tab.
  3. Under the Advanced section on the lower left of the screen, click Delete local data store files.
    The system displays the following warning message:

  4. Click Yes.
  5. Log out of idClock, and log back in.
Any login or application performance issues you were having should be resolved.
