Assign Permission to Global Resource Groups
Select the company-wide employee groups that a user should be allowed to enter time for in Field Time applications.
- Select the Administration tab.
- Under Administrative Functions in the left pane, click Resource Setup.
- Click Refresh .
- Locate the employee whose permissions you want to update, and select that employee's name.
- At the bottom of the screen, click Global Groups.
- Select the Include check box for the global resource groups to allow this user access to for time or usage tracking purposes.
- Expand a resource group to view the list of employees and equipment it includes.
- Click Save .
