Local Data Store
Clear the local data store in Field Time Console and idClock on a regular basis to help prevent application errors.
Field Time Console and idClock have a local data store that consists of temporary (cached) files that are recreated each time a user launches the program.
Over time, these temporary files can build up, which may impede application performance or produce login errors.
To resolve these types of errors, delete the local data store. This process clears only the temporary files stored on your local machine and does not remove any data from the Field Time server.
If login errors prevent you from accessing Field Time Console or idClock, you can delete the local data store through Windows Explorer.
