Temporary Employees

Use Field Time Console to set up temporary employees who do not exist in your back office accounting system.

Employees set up in your accounting system are made available in Field Time Console when the application syncs with the back office. If you need to record time for a new crew member, add that person as a temporary employee using the Manage Resources tab or in Resource Setup.

After Field Time Console syncs with the back office system, you can convert the temporary employee to permanent.
