View Form Score Analysis by Customizing a Layout

Fastpath: Analyse > Form Scores
  1. Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Current Business Is field, and that the correct project is selected in the Current Project Is field.
  2. Select Analyse > Form Scores.
  3. Select the Include Inactive Projects check box to see inactive projects in the results and click Apply.
  4. To add rows, click on a field in the shaded bar below the Forms Score Analysis tab and drag it to the row header area.
    The Form Template field and related fields are row headers by default. When you add additional fields, you can control the order by moving a field to the left or right of another field. You can change the sort order for a field by clicking the arrow to the right of the field.
  5. To add columns, click on a field in the shaded bar below the Forms Score Analysis tab and drag it to the column header area.
    The Year of Issue field and related fields are column headers by default. When you add additional fields, you can control the order by moving a field to the left or right of another field. You can change the sort order for a field by clicking the arrow to the right of the field.
  6. Once you are finished customizing, click Save to save your customizations as a layout to use in the future.
    Saved layouts are available to all users who have access to the Form Score in all business units in your company. You do not have to save the layout.
  7. In the Layout Name field, enter a name to identify the report layout.
  8. Click Save.
You can export the information in this report to use it in another application.
