View Tasks Summary Using an Existing Layout

See a summary of the number of tasks on the projects within the business unit.

In addition to using an existing layout, you can customize the Tasks Summary to see the information just the way you want to. Once you customize the layout, you can save it to use again later.
Fastpath: Analyse > Task Summary
  1. Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Current Business Is field, and that the correct project is selected in the Current Project Is field.
  2. Select Analyse > Task Summary.
  3. In the Layout field, select the saved layout you want to view.
  4. Click Load.
  5. In the Display field, select the check box for each type of information you want to see.
    • Tasks Count - This check box is selected by default.
    • Average Days To Complete
    • Include Inactive Projects
    • Average Overdue Days
    • Average Days to Close
  6. Click Apply.
    If needed, you can filter the data on individual fields. See Filter Fields in Analyze.

    If needed, click on a column header to sort the information in that column. Click on the column header again to change the sort order.

You can export the information in this report to use it in another application.
