You can modify the properties of a form template, as well as change the permissions that control which system roles can use the form.

1. Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Current Business Is field, and that no project is selected in the Current Project Is field.
2. Select Business Setup > Standards And Templates > Business Form Templates > Configure Form Templates.
3. (Optional) Use the Search tab to find the template you want to modify.
4. In the row of the form template you want to modify, select Edit.
5. On the Template Details tab of the Edit Form Details & Permissions, tab, edit the fields as necessary.
   For information on using the fields on this screen, see Template Details Fields. You cannot edit the Form Template or Version fields. To edit these, you must first create a new version of the form template.
6. On the Template Details tab of the Edit Form Details & Permissions, click Save when you are done editing fields in that tab.
7. In the Permissions tab, change any permissions as necessary.

8. Click Close.
