Configure follow-up questions to Yes/No questions in a form

You can configure a Logical (Yes/No) question in a form template so that a Yes or No answer will enable a related group of questions.

In the form template where you want to add question logic, insert one or two Question Groups that relate to the Logical question. Create one Question Group to be enabled if the answer to the Logical question is Yes, and/or another Question Group to be enabled if the answer is No. For more information, see Insert a Question Group into a Form Template.
For example, consider a form created for use while inspecting a bedroom. You might want to enable a group of questions that apply only if the bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. In this case, you can configure this group of questions to be enabled if the answer is Yes to a question asking if there is an en-suite bathroom.
