Assign existing business users to individual projects to give them access to the project.

1. Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Current Business Is field, and that the correct project is selected in the Current Project Is field.
2. Select Project Setup > Assign > People From My Business Unit.
3. In the Business Unit People pane (on the right), select the check box next to the business user you want to assign to the project and click .
4. In the Person Role box on the Edit Project Person window, select the check box to assign a role, if the user needs a different role on the project than they have on the business unit.
   For example, Alan is a Project Editor on the business unit, but will be the Project Administrator for this project.
5. Select the On Devicecheck box to give the business user access to the project on the Field View app.
6. Click Save.
