Edit Project Specific Roles

You can change a user’s individual role on the project by editing the Project Specific Roles for that user.

  1. Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Current Business Is field, and that the correct project is selected in the Current Project Is field.
  2. Click Project Setup > People Setup Summary to open the People Setup Summary page.
  3. Select the user, and then right-click and select Edit Project Specific Roles.
    The Project Specific Roles dialog appears.
  4. The Project Specific Roles dialog appears.
  5. Select the roles that you wish to apply to that user, and any other options, and then click Save.
