Create a Workflow Template
You can create workflow templates that can be added to forms, tasks, and locations or to a process. You can also create workflow status templates that are assigned to processes. You can then use these workflows to track the progress as the status of forms, tasks, or locations changes.
Each workflow is defined by distinct statuses with descriptive names, such as In Progress. The names for statuses can vary according to the type of workflow. Each status can also be assigned a color to help you visually track progress at a glance.
