You can add a filter to a report widget to limit the data displayed to make the report widget more meaningful to you.

1. Click on the tab in the dashboard where the report widget appears.
2. Click the Edit Filters button at the bottom of the widget you want to add a filter to.
   Note: The Edit Filters button appears at the bottom of every report widget. Be sure to click it for the report widget you want to filter.
   The Report Widget Filter window appears. The window title matches the specific report widget.
3. Complete the filter fields as needed.
4. Click Save.

The report widget is limited to items that meet all the criteria you entered and the Filter button appears blue .
