Form schedules allow you to schedule when a form instance is created. Team members assigned to the form, and included in the distribution list for the initial status of the form, are notified when the new form instance is created so they can complete it as needed.
In order for project team members to receive notifications when the form is created, they must be added to the distribution list for the corresponding form template and assigned to the initial status of the form.
