Add a Comment to a Form

You can add a comment to a form to record additional information related to the form.

  1. Click on Forms in the header.
  2. Click the Comments button in the row for the form you want to add a comment to.
    Note: If there are no comments on the form, the Comments button appears lighter in color. If there are comments on the form, the Comments button appears darker in color.
    The Form Details window appears.
  3. Click the Add Comment button.
  4. In the Comment field, enter your comment about the form.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click the Close button in the upper right corner to close the Form Details window.
The Comments button appears darker in color indicating that there is a comment on the form.
