Delete a Document Attached to a Form

You can delete a document from a form if you want to permanently remove the document.

  1. Click on Forms in the header.
  2. Click the Documents button in the row for the form you want to work with.
    Note: If there are no documents attached to the form, the Documents button appears lighter in color. If there are documents attached to the form, the Documents button appears darker in color.
    The Form Details window appears.
  3. Click the Delete button to the right of the document you want to remove.
  4. Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the document.
  5. Click the Close button in the upper right corner to close the Form Details window.
The document is permanently removed from the form.
