You can add a comment to a form answer to record additional information related to the answer.

1. Click on Forms in the header.
2. In the REF column, select the Form number you want to work with.
   Note: You can filter the list of forms to make it easier to find the form you want to work with. See Filter the List of Forms for details.
3. Click the Comments button in the row for the form answer you want to add a comment to.
   Note: If there are comments on the form answer, a red icon in the corner of the button displays the number of comments added .
   The Form Answer Details window appears.
4. Click the Add Comment button.
5. In the Comment field, enter your comment about the answer.
6. Click Save.
7. Click the Close button in the upper right corner to close the Form Answer Details window.
   The form is saved automatically.
