Attach a Document to a Process Task

Attach a document to a process task to store the file with the task.

You can attach more than one document at a time.
  1. Click on Processes in the header.
  2. In the Ref column, select the process you want to work with.
  3. Click on the List tab.
    Note: You can also attach a document to a process task from the Summary tab by clicking the task cell and then selecting Documents.
  4. Click the Documents button in the row of the process task to which you want to attach a document.
    Note: If there are no documents attached to the process task, the Documents button appears lighter in color. If there are documents attached to the process task, the Documents button appears darker in color.
    The Process Task Detail window appears.
  5. Click the Upload button .
  6. Click the Choose Files button .
    The File Upload window appears.
  7. Browse to the file, select it, and click Open.
    Note: You can hold the Ctrl or Shift key to select multiple files.
    You can see the status of the upload in the Process Task Detail window. Wait for the status to change to Complete for all documents before continuing.
  8. Click the Close button in the upper right corner to close the Process Task Details window.
The Documents button appears darker in color indicating that a file is attached.
