View a Document Attached to a Process Task

You can view or save a document that has been attached to a process task.

  1. Click on Processes in the header.
  2. In the Ref column, select the process you want to work with.
  3. Click on the List tab.
    Note: You can also view a document attached to a process task from the Summary tab by clicking the task cell and then selecting Documents.
  4. Click the Documents button in the row of the process task with the document you want to view.
    Note: If there are no documents attached to the process task, the Documents button appears lighter in color. If there are documents attached to the process task, the Documents button appears darker in color.
    The Process Task Detail window appears.
  5. Click on the name of the document you want to view.
  6. Use the internet browser options to open or save the file.
  7. Click the Close button in the upper right corner to close the Process Task Details window.
