You can create a Task Information Report to view task details and the audit trail for the task status in a PDF report.

1. Click on Tasks in the header.
2. In the row for the form you want to work with, click and select View Report.
   The Task Information Report window appears.
3. In the Report Options area, select the check box for each thing you want to show in the report.
   • Show Images
   • Show Status Audit
   • Show Comments
4. Click View Report.
   The report opens in a new browser tab or window, depending on your browser settings.
