View a Tasks Status Summary Report
You can create a Tasks Status Summary Report to view a summary of how many tasks are in each status for each location or organization on a project in a PDF report. You can select how to sort the report.
- Click on Tasks in the header.
Click the Actions button and select Status
The Tasks Status Summary Report window appears.
In the Sort By field, select the option for how you want
to sort the tasks on the report.
- All Non-Completed Tasks
- All Completed Tasks
- All Closed Tasks
- Total Tasks
In the Report By field, select the option for how you
want to sort the tasks on the report.
- Issued To
Select the Show Filtered Values check box to show the
filters applied on the report. Deselect the check box to remove the section
showing the filters from the report.
Note: The filters are applied to the information in the report whether or not you select this check box.
- Click View Report.The report opens in a new browser tab or window, depending on your browser settings.
