Reset Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your Field View or Viewpoint ID password, you can reset it.
After you access the login screen, click Forgot your username or password?
Enter your username for Field View or your email address for your Viewpoint ID and click Reset Password.
A temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with your user name. Log in to Field View using the temporary password. The application prompts you to create a new password immediately.
Passwords must be at least 10 characters long, contain at least one uppercase and lowercase letter, and include at least one special character and one number.
If you use Field View on a mobile device, you must sync the device in order for the new password to take effect in the mobile application. Run the sync on all devices that you use to access Field View.
