Scheduled forms

Automate the creation of form instances. Scheduling forms eliminates manual processes and risk by removing the human element. Team members in the distribution group assigned to the form template are notified by email when a form instance is created. An initial release, forms can be scheduled on a daily or weekly basis. Future releases will refine the scheduling and notification engines.
