Set Email Reminders for Discussions

You can set email reminders to be sent to members of a discussion to remind them that a response to a discussion is coming due or overdue.

You can set email reminders while you are creating a container, or you can set them later by right-clicking on the Project in the navigation tree and going to Configure > This Container.
  1. Expand Timescale Properties.
  2. Select Email Reminders.
  3. Select days before item is due and enter the number of days before the due date that you would like an email reminder sent.
  4. Optional: Select Overdue reminder frequency and select the frequency after Repeats and how long overdue reminders should be sent after Ends.
  5. Click Finish.
