Once the form template is activated, you can apply it to document containers.

1. Navigate to a document container.
2. Right-click on the container and click Configure > This Container.
   The Container Setup wizard is displayed.
3. Click Next to display a list of form templates.
4. Select the form templates that can be used in the container. You can select more than one form template if needed.
5. Click Finish.
