Radio buttons allow the user to choose one of predefined set of values. Unlike a drop down, radio button values are displayed directly on the form and are not hidden by default.

When you configure radio buttons, add a radio button value by typing the value and clicking the Add icon. Remove a radio button value by selecting the value and clicking the Remove icon. You can also arrange the positions of values that have been entered by selecting the values and clicking either the Upor Down arrow.

In addition, you can specify a dependency on one or more prior fields on the form. A dependency on a prior field controls whether or not the radio buttons appear on the form and can be based on any value entered in the field or on a precise value.
