Create a New Keyword

Create keywords that users can use to tag and search for items later.

  1. At the enterprise level, navigate to Administration > Keywords.
  2. In the navigation tree, right-click on the location where you want to create the new keyword and click Add.
    A blank field appears in the navigation tree under the level on which you clicked.
  3. In the blank field, enter a name for the keyword.
  4. Click OK to save your changes.
Once you have created the keywords, you must enable them before users can apply them.
