Permission	Description
Add Item	Allow users/security groups to add items.
Add Container	Allow users/security groups to add containers.
Add Dynamic Virtual Container	Allow users/security groups to create dynamic virtual containers within the Project. Dynamic virtual containers can only be created at the Project level.
Add Static Virtual Container	Allow users/security groups to create static virtual containers within the Project. Static virtual containers can only be created at the Project level.
Edit Item	Allow users/security groups to edit items.
Edit Container	Allow users/security groups to edit container details such as name and description and to turn the container into a private document container and email drop box.
Change Permissions	Allow users/security groups to change permissions on documents, tasks, discussion containers, security groups, and users.
Create/Amend Groups	Allow users/security groups to create or amend distribution groups, security groups, and organizations.
Create Markups	Allow users/security groups to create mark-ups on items that have been uploaded into a container.
Delete Item	Allow users/security groups to delete items.
Delete Container	Allow users/security groups to delete containers.
Invite User	Allow users/security groups to create invitations to the Enterprise, site or project. The users/security groups will only be able to invite users to the security groups that they are allowed to Add Members to.
Invite User To My Organization	Allow users/security groups to create invitations for users within their organization only.
Manage Forms	Allow users/security groups to create and manage forms.
Manage Tendering	Allow users/security groups to create and manage a tender project including creating and managing bid projects.
Manage Workflows	Allow users/security groups to create and manage workflows.
Override	Allow users/security groups with the Edit Item permission enabled to edit the items of other users.
Revise	Allow users/security groups to revise items.
Revoke User	Allow users/security groups to revoke a user.
View Item	Allow users/security groups to view items and containers.
View Content	Allow users/security groups to view the contents of visible items. For example, the files within a document revision or post within a discussion.
View User	Allow users/security groups to see the details of other users.
Add Members (visible on security group permissions)	Allow users/security groups to add members to the security groups. This permission needs to be added on top of the Invite User permission.
