Invite Additional Users To Be Tender Managers

After you have created a tender project, you can also invite your colleagues to become tender managers.

  1. Right-click on a tender project and navigate to New > Invitation.
    A wizard opens to guide you through the process.
  2. Enter the email addresses of your colleagues and click Next.
  3. Select your colleagues from the list that displays and click Next.
  4. Click the Add Existing Group link to add your colleagues to the Tender Administrator group.
  5. On the dialog that opens, click the Plus icon next to the Tender (Admin) group and click OK.
    This closes the dialog and adds the Tender (Admin) group to the Available Security Groups section.
  6. Select all of the users in the User section associated with this invitation, select the Tender (Admin) group in the Available Security Groups section, and click the Apply Assignment () icon .
    The assigned users now display in the Users Assigned to security groups section.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Fill in the Batch Name and Invitation Validity fields and add additional text to the invitation if necessary.
  9. Click Finish when complete to send the invitations.
    Once your colleague has accepted the invitation, they will have the same ability as a tender manager.
Bid managers are now able to add bidders as recipients to delivery containers within a Tender area.
