Once invitations have been sent to bid managers, you may want to review which bid managers have accepted their invitations and accepted the tender.

To review which bid managers have accepted their invitations and accepted the tender, click on a tender project in the main site menu and then open the Tender List tab.

There are two steps in the bid management acceptance process. In step one of the process, the bid manager accepts their invitation to join the application and to create an account for themselves. This will award the bidder a status of Joined. Step two is the acceptance of the tender. Once the bid manager has accepted the tender, the Joined status is updated to Accepted.
