Configure the Termination Nodes

Configure termination nodes to complete the workflow and assign a specific activity status to the item. The activity status is determined by the path that leads to the termination node, which was defined when you added the termination node. If the activity status is visible to users, the item will appear in the search results of non-panel members when the item reaches the termination node.

  1. Right-click on a termination node and click Configure.
  2. Use the Name and Description fields to enter basic information about the node.
  3. If the previously approved revision of the item should become the current/latest revision, select the Revert to a Previous Revision if Node Fails check box.
  4. Click Apply to save your changes.
