Add decision nodes to indicate that users must take action on an item.

1. Open the Standard Nodes menu and click Decision.
   A decision node is added to the Workflow Designer dialog.
2. Click the Plus icon on the node that you want to link to the decision node (for example, the start node), hold the left mouse button, and drag the link onto the decision node.
   The two nodes are now linked, and this path is called an outcome.
