Save and Enable the Workflow

Workflows can be saved once completed or saved as a draft to come back to later.

  1. To save a completed workflow, click Save Workflow at the top of the Workflow Designer form. To save a workflow as a draft, click Save as draft within the workflow creation screen.
    A confirmation message is displayed.
  2. Close the Workflow Designer dialog.
    The Workflow dialog displays a list of workflows, including the workflow that you just created. By default, the new workflow is disabled.
  3. Click the icon to enable the workflow. You can disable a workflow by clicking the icon.
  4. Click OK once the workflow has been created and enabled.
  5. Ensure the workflow works properly through thorough testing.
