Emails sent from one user to another are not being received

Emails generated by the extranet can sometimes be mistakenly marked as spam or junk email by the receiving mail servers and therefore are filtered out.

Check any junk email folders in your mailbox to see if the emails have been sent there. If the emails do not appear in your own mailbox, consult your IT department to determine if they have been filtered out at the mail servers. If this is the case, your IT staff should add 4Projects to the allowed list or should specify our IP address as one to allow email from.
